American Construction &
Environmental Services,
Inc. was established in 1995.
Its predecessor, Golden West Builders was established in 1982, and had expanded
with offices in Livermore, CA, Vancouver, WA, Mesa, AZ and Stewartsville, NJ.
Petroleum industry clients, as well as environmental consultants requested
expansion which was met by operating in 5 Western States and 6 Eastern States.
The petroleum industry work was a very large construction market dictated by EPA
requirements which had to be accomplished by December 22, 1998. We had the
specialty skills to perform this work. This is an example of responding to clients
requests and providing client satisfaction. Our true concern at American Construction
is for building a good reputation with high caliber customers who are seeking a long
term relationship with someone they can trust to deliver quality work on time and
within budget, with particular attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We
want to establish this relationship with you.
